System modules

Data configuration module

The Data configuration module enables a superuser to set up various specific functionalities that drive the entire software suite.

Organisation module

The Organisation module is fully adaptable to support the client’s needs and set up a hierarchical corporate structure for the escalation and notification of events and manage divergent employee categories.

Supplier management module

The Supplier management module will hold preferential labour rates negotiated and parts baskets discounts. In creating an authorisation, the system will extract the said supplier’s prices and populate the fields appropriately. Having this tight control in place allows the technical team to ensure that suppliers consistently give us the agreed price. The module allows for a set amount that may be spent at a supplier, and once it reaches that point, the system will disallow any purchase orders.

Asset module

The Asset module is one of the key components in the system; cards, drivers, and cost centres, to name a few, will be linked to it. Vital information is stored on the asset level, such as the license renewal date, current driver, next service date, current kilometre, billing kilometre, and vehicle registration documents.
