How do I find the information in this Knowledge Base?
You can simply type a word in the search bar at the top of the page to search across the site for all articles that relate to the topic that you are interested in.
How do I navigate back to page where I started from?
You can follow the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to navigate to the Home page, or the Category page. It looks like this: Home > Category name > Article name.
How long are the articles?
Articles vary in length. Longer articles will have several sections under sub headings. These sub headings show as menu items in the “Contents” bar to the right of the article. Click on the sub heading to navigate quickly to that section of the article.
Do you have videos in the Knowledge Base?
Yes. We do have videos to show where to find specific items within the system.
